Currently the goods which are for sale in this catalogue are only sold for delivery to a UK destination. All goods are available for export but the shipping charge will increase considerably. For an accurate quote please contact us before purchasing.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Switch, MasterCard & Pay Pal We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, except in the case of whirlpool baths, which are all built to order and are charged for on the day of manufacture.. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet.
With the exception of goods which are tailor made for the consumer, eg whirlpool baths; baths with special tap hole positions and items ordered specially for the customer and marked “special order,” consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days without reason. In the case of goods, the 7 days start from the day after the goods are received. Please refer to our Returns Policy shown below for full information about your rights to cancel and/or return.
Shipping And Handling
We believe that ordering online shouldn’t have any nasty sting in the tail and as such we make every effort to keep the cost of delivery to a minimum, hence shipping and handling is charged at a flat fee plus VAT for each order placed online for delivery in mainland UK. All goods must be inspected for content, defects and damage at the time of delivery.

Claims for damaged goods will not be accepted after the goods have been signed for by the customer. In the event that the delivery is made by a third party such as a carrier, notification must be made to the carrier immediately and to us. Claims for damaged goods can not be accepted once the goods have been installed or used.
UK Orders from customers destined for delivery to Scotland and offshore islands within the United kingdom including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man will be surcharged according to our actual delivery costs. This will be subject to a maximum of £20 for small parcels, but larger items such as baths, pottery and showers will be more expensive, especially to Islands. For items such as basins, bidets, WC pans and baths without whirlpools, the cost of delivery can be prohibitively high compared to the value of the product and, rather than raise our prices across the board to try and cover this cost, we give our customers two delivery options when they order one of these products.
If you choose to have delivery at the standard rate of charge, your order will only be dispatched when it is possible to schedule delivery alongside other orders in the same area. We will contact you after you have placed your order if we believe you may benefit from this option
Alternatively for an additional fee, express delivery can be arranged and your order will be dispatched within 2 or 3 days of all the items becoming available.
Delivery timings are intended as a guide only and are based on items being in stock. Non-stock items may take longer to deliver.

Delivery Schedule Guide dispatch information is shown against each product and orders are dispatched when the complete order is ready. The times shown reflect the normal course of processing the order, and orders are, in most cases, dispatched for next day delivery. These times are intended as a guide only and are not a guarantee of delivery.
Most boxed items are normally delivered by carrier within two working days. Whirlpool Baths and larger items are usually delivered 7-10 working days. We will telephone you to arrange a convenient day for delivery. The driver will require assistance to off loading baths and if no assistance can be offered, we can arrange for an assistant to travel with the driver; however there will be an additional charge for this.
Please check your product thoroughly to ensure that you are satisfied that everything has arrived with you in first class condition before signing for the delivery. Once the product has been signed for as “Received in Good Condition” we can not entertain any subsequent claims for missing items or damage.
IMPORTANT – If the goods are damaged or missing then the delivery note must be signed as “DAMAGED” or “ITEMS MISSING” – Signing “UNCHECKED” is not sufficient for a subsequent claim to be made against the carrier.
With the exception of special order items, if we are unable to dispatch the goods within 30 days, the consumer will be informed immediately and will be given the choice of a later delivery date or canceling the order completely and receiving a full refund of any monies paid. We can not accept any liability for delivery delays howsoever caused. Whilst we will try our best to deliver your goods as fast as possible we are unable to guarantee any delivery times or dates as delivery companies and suppliers are factors outside of our control. We therefore recommend that you do not finalize a date with your plumber until you have received and inspected all the goods necessary for the installation.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

All transactions on this site use Secure socket Layering (SSL) This encrypts the personal information and card details you enter into code so that they may be securely transmitted over the internet. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
If you are still concerned about the security of issuing your card details on line then it is possible to pay by alternative methods, you can send us your order on-line and we will ring you to take your credit card details, or, you may fax us with the order, or you can ring us with the order – whichever you are happy with.

Solent Whirlpools & Spas Ltd keeps track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Information from emails and that you give us at the time of ordering is stored both physically and electronically by ourselves. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not sell, pass on or disclose details of customers to any other parties. With the exception of order status reports, we do not currently make unsolicited contact with customers before or after they have placed an order. Information is retained electronically in order to supply a better service to our returning customers.
In the event that a customer needs to discuss any aspect of information stored by us, he/she should contact our Director Mr. Barrie Bampton.
With the exception of goods which are tailor made for the consumer or ordered specially, e.g. whirlpool baths; baths with special tap hole positions; items marked “special order,” and non-stock items procured specifically for the customer, consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days without reason, the 7 days starting from the day after the goods are received. Any damaged goods must be notified to us on the day of delivery.
For any item to be returned and receive a refund, goods must be returned unused, in perfect re-saleable condition, including original undamaged packaging and with the original delivery note. Refunds will cover the costs of the goods only, and will not include any delivery or collection costs, which will be charged to your credit card. Further delivery charges will be the actual costs of delivery, which depends on the weight of the goods ordered, and in most cases will be higher than the original delivery cost charged on the order.
If a customer intends to make a return they must contact us in writing first, either by letter to

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns and therefore recommend that the customer uses an insured carrier. The customer is responsible for the cost of any returns and future deliveries.
It is important that you thoroughly inspect any goods you receive at the time of delivery; taking extra care to check for cosmetic damage or blemishes before installing the item, and contact us as soon as possible should you find any fault. We will endeavor to replace or repair any faulty goods as quickly as possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
